Gotham FC is set to make history on Monday, September 23rd, as the first NWSL team to be honored at the White House for their 2023 championship victory.
The ceremony will feature Gotham players, staff, ownership, NWSL commissioner Jessica Berman, and President Joe Biden.
Gotham’s triumph in the 2023 NWSL Championship was a remarkable achievement, all the more impressive given the team’s turnaround from finishing last just a year prior.
