View the full injury report.Boston Breakers rookie midfielder Rose Lavelle has been upgraded to questionable and could see her first minutes since June 3 when the Breakers visit Sky Blue FC on Saturday. Lavelle injured her hamstring on June 11 in the 85th minute of the U.S. women’s national team’s 1-0 win over Norway. The injury occurred in Lavelle’s sixth international appearance and a game after she scored her second international goal, in the USWNT’s 1-0 win over Sweden on June 8. She has two goals and one assist so far this NWSL season and was named April Player of the Month.
Other notable updates:
Spirit forward Francisca Ordega (right knee chondral defect) has been upgraded to probable. Ordega has four goals this season, but has not played since July 8. Spirit center backs Kassey Kallman (concussion) and Shelina Zadorsky (right knee bone bruise). Red Stars midfielder Vanessa DiBernardo, a late scratch on Sunday, is listed as probable (concussion). Pride forward Jasmyne Spencer is out (right hamstring strain). Three Sky Blue players are listed as questionable: Tasha Kai (right calf strain), Kelley O’Hara (right adductor strain) and Raquel Rodriguez (left hamstring strain). Also, on Thursday that the Thorns announced that forward Savannah Jordan, the 18th overall pick in the 2017 NWSL College Draft, had been activated from the 45-day disabled list and added to the active roster. Defender Meghan Cox was waived by the Thorns.
